Delivery options

Delivery within the Slovak Republic is charged according to the current price list. If you have any questions or special requests, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail at rental@arkaimproduction.sk.

Personal pick-up – free of charge

You can collect your order at our pick-up point:

Rybničná 40, 831 06 Bratislava (show on map)

Rented equipment is handed over and returned during the following hours:

07:00 – 09:00
17:00 – 19:00

You collect the rented equipment on the first day of the rental. It must be returned no later than 09:00 on the day after the rental ends. Please have your order number ready when collecting. If you need to collect or return the equipment outside these hours, please call us at +421 917 524 743.

Delivery to an address – Bratislava

Delivery to the address of your choice within the city of Bratislava. The delivery price is shown in the cart once you select this delivery method. Rented equipment must be accepted at the agreed date and time.

Delivery outside Bratislava

If the delivery price cannot be determined in advance (e.g. for delivery outside Bratislava or for oversized shipments), it will be agreed individually. Write to us at rental@arkaimproduction.sk.
